Terms & Conditions
Last updated November 2, 2026. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and AllyOop. They are not legal advice, and you should have a lawyer review them before relying on them for your business.
1.Accepting these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of AllyOop, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you are using AllyOop on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.
2.What AllyOop is — and what it is not
AllyOop is a relationship CRM and referral engine. It surfaces cross-industry introduction opportunities from the contacts you give it, verifies what it can against public company and employee records, and drafts outreach text for you to review.
AllyOop is not a messaging service and does not act as your agent. It never sends email, text, or any other message on your behalf. Every introduction is reviewed, copied, and sent by you, from your own inbox. You decide whether to act on any recommendation.
3.Your account
You must give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must use AllyOop for your own legitimate business purposes — not to resell access or build a competing service out of it.
4.Free plan and Pro plan
The free plan shows your estimated network value, a limited daily feed of referral matches with contact names, companies and outreach text withheld from view, your Compliance Firewall, and access to the community rules registry.
AllyOop Pro unlocks the full match details, the two-step outreach templates, the AI introduction drafter, network value tracking, and priority match alerts. Pro is $49 per month, or $399 per year (about $33 a month). Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice.
The estimated network value figure is a directional estimate of the referral revenue your network could support. It is calculated from the match types in your network, not from any promise, quote, or guaranteed payout, and no amount of it is owed to you.
5.Billing, renewals and taxes
Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew once a year, each time charging the full period in advance until you cancel.
Sales tax, GST/HST, VAT or equivalent may be added at checkout depending on where you are billed. You are responsible for any taxes on your own referral income.
6.Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Manage billing screen on the Pricing page. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan and match details are withheld again.
Subscription fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will look at it.
7.How you may use the outreach we draft
You own the introductions you make, and you own the consequences. Before you send anything, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to contact the people involved and that your message complies with anti-spam and privacy rules that apply to you — in Canada that includes CASL, in the United States CAN-SPAM, and similar regimes elsewhere.
You agree not to use AllyOop to send unsolicited bulk messages, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to misrepresent who you are or why you are writing, or to introduce parties to each other for any unlawful or deceptive purpose.
8.Community rules registry
The Community Rules Engine lets you submit referral pairings. Approved rules are added to a shared registry that every signed-in AllyOop user can see, and they influence the recommendations other people receive.
Because that registry is shared, do not submit confidential information, client names you are not allowed to disclose, or anything you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for what you submit.
9.Your Compliance Firewall
The Compliance Firewall lets you list company domains and names you never want to see recommended. Entries you add are applied to your own feed and those contacts are kept out of your daily matches.
The firewall is only as good as the list you give it. Keeping it current is your job, and AllyOop is not responsible for a contact you did not block reaching your feed.
10.AI-generated drafts
Introduction drafts and outreach templates are generated by a model. They can be wrong, out of date, or inappropriate for the situation, and they may mention facts that do not apply to the people you are introducing.
Read every draft and edit it before you send it. We do not warrant that any generated text is accurate, suitable, or safe to send as written.
11.Your information
To work, AllyOop stores your account details, your subscription status, the contacts and context you choose to enter, your firewall entries, and the rules you submit. We use it to run the product you signed up for.
You can ask us to delete your account and the information tied to it at any time by contacting us. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them, such as billing records.
12.AllyOop's rights in the product
The AllyOop name, design, interface and software belong to us. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you.
The introductions, messages and relationships you build are yours.
13.Disclaimers
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that match recommendations will be accurate, that any introduction will lead to a deal, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AllyOop is not liable for lost profits, lost referrals, lost data, or other indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
15.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use AllyOop after a change means you accept it.
16.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes are heard in the courts of British Columbia.
